Extremely pleasant rooms with balcony as well as lovely garden view. Magnificent and wonderful location for New Orleans, next to eateries and shopping and restaurants, bars, and shopping and local tourist sites.

Friendly attitude. If I had a hotel it would be just like Bienville House
I didn't care for the cheap continental breakfast. For $10/night more you could easily furnish a quality hot breakfast in a buffet style. Have it catered by Monteleone if needed. Every cheap, fleabag hotel in America serves a continental, high carbohydrate breakfast. Step up and provide the better, health-conscious breakfast your customers deserve. Bienville House already provides the warm friendly accomodations and welcoming staff to place it in the ranks of an upper-scale b&B. Providing a good breakfast will enhance that image.

The location is perfect for exploring Bourbon Street. the bed is incredibly comfortable. the room has a romantic ambiance and has recently been renovated. the rainfall shower and modern amenities are a nice touch. the shared rooftop patios and gardens have cozy furnishings and are close to many restaurants.

The room was good, and staff were courteous. We enjoyed the location, and the pool was a real plus.
The WiFi was inoperable and that was never resolved. That is unacceptable, and staff did not seem particularly interested in my concern, other than referring me to off site tech support who talked to me for 45 minutes without resolving anything. The continental breakfast was mediocre. A microwave would have been more useful than someone pouring my coffee.

Hotel staff was outstanding. Location was excellent in walking distance to Jackson Square. Personal car was housed at the hotel and secure. Price was very competitive. Morning coffee and Continental breakfast was very good. I liked the discount that was negotiated by Booked.net: I saved over $200.

Staff attitude and location. Staff was friendly, well-informed, and helpful. The location is very convenient to both The French Quarter and to the public transportation to the rest of the city. Not being smack dab in the middle of the Quarter is a plus because it is quiet.
Lack of an expanded breakfast availability; to have more than breads and coffee and juice, we had to go out to a resaurant. Our room had a slight, strange odor like it was musty or possibly an old urine smell that hadn't fully dissipated.

The location was great and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. I love staying in hotels that are not the usual run of the mill rooms. It was beautiful with lots of patios.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The front desk employees were extremely pleasant and helpful. They even gave us a room upgrade and allowed us to check in early. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of all the must-sees in the French Quarter. We were able to explore everything we wanted to do without needing a car. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities, including the pool, were excellent. Additionally, the staff provided professional and courteous services, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Nothing, it is perfect.

The staff at Bienville House Hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown and only a 15-minute walk from popular attractions. We were thrilled to find Estrella Steak just a short 5-minute walk away, and their menu was exceptional. Bienville House Hotel is simply amazing and a true gem.

location, valet parking, friendly staff
In room coffee was below par for everything else. The community coffee in the breakfast bar was wonderful.
